MaxMonitoring - The SolarMax app for displaying system performance

Using the cost-free app MaxMonitoring, plant operators can have the performance data of their photovoltaic systems displayed at any time in their home. The app is available as of now in the Apple app store.

Biel, 02.11.2011: MaxMonitoring, available for iPhone and iPad, as well as for Android smart phones as of the end of the year, is able to manage the data of a total of 15 facilities with up to ten SolarMax inverters in each case. The performance data is displayed in a clear manner and divided into different areas so that the most important information is available to the user at one glance.

The real-time display presents the current data of up to four different inverters at the same time. Amongst others, input and output voltages, input and output currents, frequency, device temperature, and yield can be displayed. A status display indicates whether the inverters work correctly or whether there is a failure. Using these two indicators, plant operators are able to detect technical problems and reduce the time taken in diagnosing system errors. Furthermore, data curves for daily, monthly, and annual yield can be displayed. This way, you can see at any time how much environmentally friendly solar energy your system is generating and has fed into the public grid.

Since all SolarMax inverters can be connected to a WiFi router using the standard Ethernet interface, MaxMonitoring directly accesses the system data within the domestic network – without any diversion using the internet. The MaxMonitoring app can be installed to iPhone or iPad directly from the Apple app store.

SOLTEC – SFOne single axis tracker

SOLTEC - SFOne single axis tracker

SFOne is the 1P single-axis tracker by Soltec. This tracker combines the mechanical simplicity with the extraordinary expertise of Soltec for more than 18 years. Specially designed for larger 72 an 78 cell modules, this tracker is self-powered thanks to its dedicated module, which results into a lower cost-operational power supply. The SFOne has a 5% less piles than standard competitor, what reduces a 75% the labor time.
