ONEROOF ENERGY appoints Chief operating officer, Nearly TRIPLES staff WITH 20 NEW HIRES

Residential Solar Company Experiences Record Growth as Andrew Duggan joins as COO

SAN DIEGO (Jan. 12, 2012) – OneRoof Energy, the nation's first residential solar company that works directly with roofers to lease and install residential solar power systems, announces the appointment of Andrew Duggan as Chief Operating Officer (COO). The addition of Mr. Duggan brings the number of new employees to 20, nearly tripling the size of the staff since September 2011.

Duggan comes to OneRoof Energy with more than 15 years of executive level experience in operations and technology strategy. As the COO, Duggan is responsible for overseeing the company's operational platform, which includes proposal generation, inside sales, project management, customer care and technology. Prior to joining OneRoof Energy, Duggan was the Head of Global Technology Strategy with Pershing BNY Mellon, an asset management and securities company, where he was responsible for managing the company's global technology strategy practice. Before BNY, he served as the CIO for Dynamic Energy Partners, a California Clean Tech investment and operations company, where he led the company's efforts to source unique renewable energy technologies.

"Solar power is a booming business, and the industry continues to see year-over-year unprecedented growth. The industry, however, is getting highly commoditized and OneRoof Energy's unique business model and go-to-market strategy positions us to be a leader in the category," Duggan said. "This is a great time to be joining the company and such a passionate and dedicated team."

Last September, OneRoof Energy received $50 million in its first round of financing. Through its SolarSelect® Lease, homeowners can integrate solar into their roof at little or no upfront cost through a simple lease program. Thanks to its initial success, the company has almost tripled in size with new positions including vice president of customer experience, director of technology, manager of market planning and analysis, manager of builder development and several senior project managers, district sales managers and inside sales representatives.

"As OneRoof Energy develops into a leading U.S. residential solar company, we are adding talented, experienced professionals to fill many important roles," said David Field, president and CEO of OneRoof Energy. "Andrew is a great example of the quality staff that we are bringing on board to ensure our continued success. We are gearing up for a busy, yet successful year ahead and I am thrilled OneRoof Energy is bringing jobs into San Diego and the solar sector as well."
