Solar FlexRack Chosen for Pittsburgh Electric Facility

YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO Solar FlexRack is the mounting solution of choice for another

project, this one in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

The Todd Electric Facility used five Solar FlexRacks to mount 100 Solar World 255w modules.
Total power generated by this new project will be 25 kW.

Todd Niederriter of the Todd Electric Company noted that the ease of erecting the Solar
FlexRack was matched by the quick mounting of the photovoltaic panels made possible by their
proprietary SmartClip.

"Solar FlexRack is a wonderful company to work with," said Niederriter. "The ease of ordering,
delivery and especially installation allowed our installers to complete the racking in a fraction of
the time, saving us time and money. The SmartClips they offer made for a very neat and clean
job. We absolutely trust and have confidence in this company and look forward to working with
them again."

WS510 Secondary Standard

In the monitoring of large photovoltaic (Utility Scale), in assessing potential sites (Solar-assessment), or in up and coming electricity cost saving initiatives projects (Commercial & Industrial), the WS510 now provides the market a secondary standard pyranometer, ultrasonic wind speed, ultrasonic wind direction, temperature, pressure and humidity all in a single unit.. This sensor meets the high demands of the world meteorological organization (WMO) through the active valving at air temperature measurement and the inertia- and maintenance-free measurement of wind speed and wind direction on the ultrasonic principle. Equipped with a Kipp & Zonen pyranometer of the secondary standards, the WS510-UMB Compact weather sensor from Lufft unites the precision of a variety of meteorological individual sensors in a single all-in-one device, for the first time.
