U.S. Marine veteran, Marty Sidorchuck, has been named as the solar project manager for Chandler's Roofing; focusing on the growth and development of their newly formed Los Angeles solar subsidiary, Chandler's Solar Construction.

Chandler's Roofing is pleased to announce that Marty Sidorchuck has recently been promoted to Solar Project Manager, helping lead the growth and business development of Chandler's Solar Construction, a newly formed subsidiary of Chandler's Roofing focusing on rooftop solar in Los Angeles and Orange County.

As Solar Project Manager, Sidorchuck's responsibilities include the overall success and integration of Chandler's solar business opportunities. "We are thrilled to have Marty onboard and focused on growing our solar business. He brings a terrific work ethic and tenacity which he undoubtedly learned while in the Marines," states Chandler's Roofing president, Trevor Leeds. "Being able to hire veterans has always been an interest of our company and Marty brings just the right mix of roofing experience and passion for solar."

Additionally, Chandler's Roofing has performed roofing and solar-related work for other leading Los Angeles solar providers such as SolarCity and OneRoof Energy.

"Solar roofing is going to be a huge part of our business model going forward, both in our strategic relationship with GAF, as well as roofing work with other solar partners," commented Leeds. You haven't installed a tile mount that is easier to install than the Solar Tile Mount manufactured by TRA Snow and Sun. Solar Tile Mount is used on all tile roof profiles: flat, mid, and high. It is made in the USA of aluminum alloy for strength and excellent corrosion resistance. Solar Tile Mount is built to allow more ease in installation with more rise from the tile surface to the rail for better air flow below panels. The adjustable base is longer than most allowing attachment 6" to the left or right to have the bracket in the base of the pan of the tile and still fasten to the rafter. Solar Tile Mount is adjustable for counter batten systems from ¾" to 3". The horizontal rail is directly above base fasteners giving greater uplift resistance than any other system. For superior waterproofing apply TRA Snow and Sun's butyl backed VersaFlash aluminum flashing. No tile flashing is needed on top of the tile for greater labor and material cost savings.
