Call for Papers open for 33rd European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition, Amsterdam

• Abstract Submission latest 10 February 2017 • 33rd EU PVSEC will take place in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, from 25 to 29 September 2017 • COP-21 Agreement: Solar photovoltaic electricity will play a fundamental role

The experts of the PV solar community will meet in Amsterdam to discuss new concepts, trends and developments in science and industry. The EU PVSEC provides the most inspiring platform for dialogue and information exchange across the world. The next European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition (EU PVSEC 2017), the leading international conference in photovoltaics, will be held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, from 25 - 29 September 2017.

EU PVSEC 2017 Conference Main Topics
• New Materials and Concepts for Photovoltaic Devices
• Silicon Photovoltaics
• Thin-film Photovoltaics
• Concentrator and Space Photovoltaics
• Performance, Reliability and Sustainability of Photovoltaic Modules and Balance of System Components
• PV System Performance and Integration
• PV Economics, Markets and Policies

The EU PVSEC 2017 Conference programme is structured in keynote, plenary, oral and visual presentations and covers the entire range of PV research, technologies and applications, focusing on the latest scientific, technological and market-related trends. The EU PVSEC thus strengthens its established leading role in science and technology among the players of the global PV sector.

The COP-21 Agreement came into force on 4th November 2016, having reached the threshold for ratification by over 55 parties representing at least 55% of global emissions already in October. Dr. Nigel Taylor, European Commission Joint Research Centre, Ispra, Italy, and Technical Programme Chair: "The global PV community needs to develop energy systems capable of delivering major greenhouse emission reductions, while ensuring sustainable development opportunities. But it probably won't be PV as we know it today, and this is where European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition comes in".
EU PVSEC 2016 was again the world's largest PV research event with 1742 participants from 73 countries.

The programme of keynote, plenary, oral and visual presentations is selected after assessment by independent reviewers. Final papers are published in the EU PVSEC Proceedings, a highly respected conference series going back to 1992. They are DOI coded, and permanently and unequivocally citable.

EU PVSEC Background
EU PVSEC takes place at different venues in Europe since 1977. The event uniquely combines scientific, technological, industrial and application-related issues from the perspective of research and development, industry and policy. With more than 1,000 keynote, plenary, oral and visual presentations, as well as several parallel workshops, expert panels and specific industry fora, the EU PVSEC counts as the most outstanding PV science-to-science and science-to-industry platform.

The EU PVSEC conference programme is coordinated by the European Commission Joint Research Centre.

You haven't installed a tile mount that is easier to install than the Solar Tile Mount manufactured by TRA Snow and Sun. Solar Tile Mount is used on all tile roof profiles: flat, mid, and high. It is made in the USA of aluminum alloy for strength and excellent corrosion resistance. Solar Tile Mount is built to allow more ease in installation with more rise from the tile surface to the rail for better air flow below panels. The adjustable base is longer than most allowing attachment 6" to the left or right to have the bracket in the base of the pan of the tile and still fasten to the rafter. Solar Tile Mount is adjustable for counter batten systems from ¾" to 3". The horizontal rail is directly above base fasteners giving greater uplift resistance than any other system. For superior waterproofing apply TRA Snow and Sun's butyl backed VersaFlash aluminum flashing. No tile flashing is needed on top of the tile for greater labor and material cost savings.
