Argand Energy Solutions is now Entropy Solar Integrators
Argand Energy Solutions (the "Company"), a leading solar developer, engineering, procurement, and construction company (EPC), today announced that it has completed the sale of a majority interest in the Company to an affiliate of Entropy Investment Management ("Entropy").

The Company will now be known as Entropy Solar Integrators and will provide EPC and development services to an expanding portfolio of solar projects currently under development by Entropy and a select group of high value customers.
