Hertzog was most recently Vice Consul for the British Government's business arm, UK Trade & Investment, where she helped companies with their international business strategies. Previously, she was with GreenFuel Technologies where she built the first algae to biofuels system, cleaning the flue gas from powerplants while making renewable, biomass.

In her new role, as a member of the Executive Management Team, she will serve as the senior leader in developing new business and strategic partnerships, identifying and negotiating opportunities, overseeing development of products and services, leading strategic planning and guiding all marketing and public relations activities.
