SEIA Announces Mid-Atlantic Trade Show

Solar Power Mid-Atlantic, co-sponsored by SEIA and the Solar Energy Power Association (SEPA) will take place in Atlantic City, New Jersey on Sept. 9 and 10, 2014

WASHINGTON, DC – Following the success of PV America last month in Boston, the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) has announced a new, regional trade show. Solar Power Mid-Atlantic, co-sponsored by SEIA and the Solar Energy Power Association (SEPA) will take place in Atlantic City, New Jersey on Sept. 9 and 10, 2014 and will showcase 25 exhibitors along with a day and a half of educational programming.

"The Mid-Atlantic region offers tremendous opportunities for the solar industry. In the first quarter of this year, 100 percent of new electric capacity in New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland all came from distributed generation – a remarkable achievement. And the Atlantic City Convention Center, which has had rooftop solar since 2008, couldn't be a better place to host this show," said Rhone Resch, president and CEO of SEIA. "We are excited to present industry professionals with a complete, 360-degree view of the possibilities in developing solar in the Mid-Atlantic region."

Registration for Solar Power Mid-Atlantic is now open. More information can be found at: www.solarpowermidatlantic.com.
