LED Enviroworks, now a subsidiary of Equal Earth, is a LED lighting company providing custom design, lighting consultation and installation services to leading auto dealerships such as Acura, Ford, Honda, Mitsubishi and Mercedes Benz, as well as many other large companies and well-known retailers.

This latest acquisition supports Equal Earth's vertical integration strategy and growth of the company's existing commercial LED lighting business. The transaction will deliver significant cost savings to customers seeking a range of environmentally-friendly energy solutions, such as LED lighting and solar photovoltaic systems, and offers customers the convenience of financing and installation services available under one roof.
