("SolarEdge") (NASDAQ:SEDG), a global leader in smart energy technology, announced today that it has successfully closed the previously announced acquisition of approximately 75% of Kokam Co., Ltd, a leading provider of lithium ion cells, batteries, and energy storage solutions.
