After several months of web development, WorkCabin, Canada's professional green careers site, has launched its new enhanced website which helps job seekers find work in the growing green economy.
Comprehensive web development has been ongoing since WorkCabin's initial launch in April to bring more features and core enhancements on stream for fall 2007. Most notable is a new feature to assist job seekers in their search for green jobs. Job seekers can now post their profiles for FREE to catch the eyes of employers.
Among the many other employer-friendly enhancements is a new Online Direct Apply system that enables WorkCabin to easily integrate a direct-from-site human resources feature for employers and job applicants.
Other enhancements include the arrival of nationally recognized experts Alan Kearns as WorkCabin's career advisor, and Katherine Magee as WorkCabin's green living expert. Columnist Dianne Saxe, one of the world's leading environmental lawyers, is also featured at WorkCabin.
