solar-village in Israel: modules from aleo solar AG produce solar power on over 70 percent of the roofs
Solenergy Ltd., installed the photovoltaic plants with an output of 15 - 50 kilowatts on more than 25 residential and agricultural buildings.
Oldenburg, Prenzlau, 9 February 2012. In the settlement Ram-On in Israel, premium modules from aleo solar AG [ISIN: DE000A0JM634] produce solar power on over 70 percent of the roofs. The Israeli aleo partner, Solenergy Ltd., installed the photovoltaic plants with an output of 15 - 50 kilowatts on more than 25 residential and agricultural buildings.
The residents of the moshav feed their solar power into the public power grid to take advantage of the attractive feed-in tariff. Operators of small plants (less than 15 kW) receive €0.38 per kilowatt hour over 20 years – operators of large plants (more than 15 kW) receive €0.30 per kilowatt hour over 20 years. Israel offers extremely good framework conditions as a location for photovoltaic plants: 1,750 kilowatt hours can be produced per kilowatt nominal output each year.
Amit Leventer, Managing Director of Solenergy, explains: "My customers have high expectations with regard to reliability, performance stability and useful working life of the plants. Modules from aleo solar are designed to deliver high yields over the long-term."
aleo solar AG ist not only a solar module producer, it sees itself as a service company."We don't just supply our specialist dealers with solar modules and optimally suited inverters and frames. We also provide expert technical consultation on the arrangement of the plants and extensive marketing support", explains Pascal Bertolone, Market Development Manager at aleo solar AG.
aleo solar AG has tripled its turnover in Israel from 2010 to 2011: In 2011, the German module manufacturer sold modules with a nominal output of 1.2 megawatts. 2012 aleo solar AG will continuously strengthen its position in the Israeli market.
