Samil Power boosts its Service worldwide

As of 1 March 2013, Samil Power boosts its Service worldwide by realigning it new. The central responsibility will take place directly in Munich. The Leadership was taken over by Wolfgang Royer, who is the new Vice President International Service & Sales Operations. Chief Sales Marketing and Service Officer(CSMSO) of Samil Power Group, Alfred Karlstetter said: "We are extremely glad to win over such an international experienced leader. Based on his excellent expertise in the fields of Customer Service, defining and implementing of country specific ervice strategies as well as the Leadership of International Service subsidiaries, he will make a crucial contribution to boost our customer satisfaction worldwide significantly".


Wolfgang Royer possesses Leadership experiences in Customer Service and Sales Operations within international Telecommunication, Electronic and Inverter companies for more than 20 years. After career milestones at Motorola, the American ATMEL Corp, Siemens Mobile as well as Sony Ericsson, he decided to join SMA Solar Technology AG as Vice President Global Service Operations in 2010.
