GEM Energy, of Walbridge, OH, acquires the service business of Marlin Construction in Cleveland

GEM Energy, based in Walbridge, OH, has acquired the service business of Marlin Construction, which specializes in HVAC and maintenance in the Cleveland area.

WALBRIDGE, OH – GEM Energy, based in Walbridge, OH, has acquired the service business of Marlin Construction, which specializes in HVAC and maintenance in the Cleveland area.


Marlin Construction associates Ed Paul and Paul George will join GEM Energy's HVAC service, energy, and construction group in Independence, Ohio. Ed Paul, of Aurora, OH, has been named Sales Manager of GEM Energy and Paul George, of Northridgeville, OH, will become Service Manager of GEM Energy. Together, they bring more than 50 years of experience in the construction industry.
