California Energy Commission approves inverters for the POWERSTATION 247, 5 kW, 10 kW and 15 kW.

New law requires all inverters to meet special requirements to market in California

The new law stipulates that: "Inverters must meet the following criteria in order to be added to the eligible equipment - (1) have safety certification (UL 1741) from a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) and (2) submit conversion efficiency data tested by a NRTL. The conversion efficiency data is from testing on a minimum of five samples and is for rebate calculation purposes. Submitted information is confirmed by the Energy Commission prior to being added to the list of eligible equipment, but it is not continuously monitored. Information presented on this webpage does not demonstrate equipment quality, performance over time, reliability, or durability. All parties should perform their own due diligence on all equipment.

"All major solar energy system components eligible for ratepayer-funded incentives in compliance with the SB 1 Guidelines must have a minimum 10-year warranty to protect against defects and undue degradation of electrical generation output. Program administrators have discretion over implementation of the 10 year warranty provisions under their respective solar incentive programs. The Energy Commission is not a party to any equipment warranty and is not responsible for the actions of the warrantor nor will the Energy Commission engage in warranty disputes.

"Updated as manufacturers provide laboratory-tested data per Appendix B, Section B of the Guidelines for California's Solar Electric Incentive Programs (Senate Bill 1), Fifth Edition."

The POWERSTATION 247 is available to customers who want both solar panels and an autonomous, energy storage and usage system. The system allows not only energy harvesting, but also using the harvested solar energy in the home or business. The systems, which can be installed on and off grid, is available in two sizes: 10 kW or 15 kW. Both units have the same battery storage capacity of 17.28 kWh. Its free standing cabinet is easy to install and easy to use. The system integrates up to 3 hybrid inverters, solar MPP-trackers, charge controller and lithium-iron batteries, all necessary field wiring terminals and disconnect switches.

About Concept by US
Concept by US was established in 2012 in the United States to revolutionize the way consumers think about solar power. Mr. Uwe Corbach, the founder of concept by US received his degree in electrical engineering in 1978 in Germany.

Concept by Us has a simple goal: to make clean renewable solar energy accessible and easy to use for everybody. Every home and business should be able to safely use, store and take advantage of clean solar energy - whenever needed. Day and night. With the POWERSTATION 247 product family the sale of solar PV systems will increase again, because now the end-consumer can finally use the green energy that their PV system is generating.

For the past six years Mr. Corbach has put together a high-powered project team of R&D scientists and engineers, software developers, product designers and marketing professionals.

The company works with highly reputable companies and partners that have established a record of quality for many years. All products manufactured by concept by US are certified in accordance with international quality and environmental standards. The POWERSTATION 247 is UL certified and specifically designed for the US market.
