SunWize Technologies Expands and Reorganizes its Power Systems Division;
Hires Paul Garvison as VP of the Residential Power Systems Division

San Jose, CA November 21, 2008 - SunWize's Distributed Power Group has reorganized its rapidly growing Power Systems installation business into two separate divisions. The Residential Power Systems Division is headed by industry veteran Paul Garvison, while the Commercial Power Systems Division continues to be led by Senior VP David Panico.

Paul Garvison was formerly the Director of Business Development for BP Solar North America, where he was responsible for the creation and launch of new offers to homeowners, including the highly visible programs with Shea Homes' Trilogy Division and Old Country Roofing's Solar Solutions. Mr. Garvison joined BP Solar in 1997 and has served as Offer Development Manager, Programs Director and Product Development Director during his tenure with the company. His career in photovoltaics spans over 28 years and has focused on the development of modules, systems and solutions to meet changing customer requirements. Mr. Garvison holds several solar patents as well as a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, MA.

The Residential Power Systems Division, headquartered in San Jose, currently focuses on providing design, engineering, and installation services for residential and small commercial customers in California and operates five regional offices. The Commercial Power Systems Division provides similar services to large commercial, government and industrial customers nationwide, with projects over 50kW.
