EV, an electric bicycle kit provider can supply those people in hilly environments with this exiting new feature. Electric braking allows the regen function to return up to 6amps of charge back into the battery when going down hill. A button on the throttle allows for regen braking as needed. This feature works on FalconEV's line of Phantom Motor's 48 volt and 72 volt brushless hub motors and the 48V microlite 300W geared motor. Battery packs are made of the newer Lithium phosphate cells.
