Ultrasonic Systems, Inc. will be exhibiting at the 2011 SNEC PV Power Expo at the Shanghai New International Expo Center in Shanghai, China from February 22nd to 24th, 2011.

Haverhill, Massachusetts, February 9th, 2011 - Ultrasonic Systems, Inc. (USI), the manufacturer of the PV-360 and PV-480 coating systems for solar applications, will be exhibiting at the 2011 SNEC PV Power Expo at the Shanghai New International Expo Center in Shanghai, China, from February 22nd to 24th, 2011. The Company will be exhibiting with its regional distributor SuZhou Sigmatek at Booth 1105-1107 in Hall E1.


USI's high performance coating systems for solar applications leverage proprietary, nozzle-less ultrasonic spray head technology that provide a thin, uniform and repeatable coating deposition with 95-99% transfer efficiency. USI systems are ideal for high-volume, in-line manufacturing. The PV-360 is optimized for crystalline cell manufacturing applications and can process up to 4,300 (125mm) wafers per hour. The PV-480 is a high volume production machine for thin-film (CdTe and CIGS) module coating applications, and can process glass plates up to 48 inches (1,219mm) wide at line speeds of up to six feet (1.8m) per minute. USI's customer and technical support includes production testing, application engineering, and installation assistance/training.
