"We are not going bankrupt if that is what you are kindly asking. ARVA Energetika is a private company and as a private company we don't do much of explaining for the things we do. If we decide to close a few offices here and there, then it's our decision. We always try new things and sometimes new things refuse to work," Kolobashkin said, according to RUSOG. "Don't mistake maneuvers for retreat."
