Georgia Solar Installers To Host Electric Car Show, Film Event

Solar Energy USA, Georgia's largest residential solar company, is hosting an electric vehicle film viewing and electric car showoff on Friday, October 19th. The event is being held to help homeowners understand how to reduce both fixed costs and dependence on foreign oil.

Solar Energy USA, a national design and installation firm located in Alpharetta, Georgia, is pleased to announce an exciting electric car event.

‘Revenge of the Electric Car' is a 2011 feature documentary film which chronicles the development of the modern electric vehicle (EV) with a focus on the Nissan Leaf, GM/Chevy Volt, and Tesla Roadster. On Friday, October 19th Solar Energy USA will be hosting an EV car showoff followed by a viewing of ‘Revenge' with a discussion on the future of personal automobile transportation to follow.

"At Solar Energy USA we want to educate local Georgia residents about the exciting future of American energy independence – independence from rising power costs thanks to renewable energy like solar power as well as autonomy from dependence on foreign oil thanks to innovative all-electric vehicles and hybrid plug-in vehicles" says Perry Bell, Chief Executive Officer of Solar Energy USA.

According to Michael Chance, a Solar Energy USA spokesman, "A recent Solar Energy Industries Association survey found that 9 out of 10 registered voters believe it is important for the U.S. to develop and implement solar power. At our upcoming electric car show and film viewing, we hope to illustrate yet another reason to look into adding solar panels to your home or business – reducing household fixed cost by using an alternative energy source in lieu of gasoline. Americans have been looking for a way to decrease our dependence on foreign oil and the solution is finally attainable thanks to free, unlimited fuel from the sun that can now be used to power an automobile."

The electric car event will take place Friday, October 19th at Solar Energy USA's corporate facility in Alpharetta. The SEUSA office is powered by 155 rooftop photovoltaic solar panels that are connected to an EV charging station located in the parking lot which supplies a the company's Chevy Volt, and other Alpharetta electric car owners, with free fuel on a daily basis.

Solar Energy USA asks anyone interested in attending the upcoming event to RSVP via their Facebook event page listed as a hyperlink above.

Vecoplan - Planning and implementation of complete processing plants in refuse derived fuel production

In order to reduce the costs involved in the energy-intensive production of cement, many manufacturers are turning to refuse-derived fuels (RDF), considerably reducing the proportion of expensive primary fuels they would normally use. Solid fuels are being increasingly used - these might be used tyres, waste wood or mixtures of plastics, paper, composite materials and textiles. Vecoplan provides operators of cement plants with proven and robust components for conveying the material and separating iron and impurities, efficient receiving stations, storage systems and, of course, efficient shredders for an output in various qualities.
