Developed by Sudberry Properties, Civita plans for the 230-acre property call for 4,780 residential homes and apartments in numerous configurations, approximately 480,000 square feet for a lifestyle retail center and 420,000 square feet for an office/business campus.

Sudberry development Inc. has developed the Town Center components in many of San Diego County's premiere master planned communities based on its reputation for creating "special" public places that combine landscaping color and shading. The company undertakes retail, commercial and residential developmental projects.
