General Wesley Clark joins the biofuel industry's global leading conference; World Biofuels Markets 2013

(January 4, 2013) LONDON – Galvanising figurehead of the ethanol community, General Wesley Clark, announced his involvement as a keynote speaker at the global leading World Biofuels Markets Congress and Exhibition, with the words "Now is the time for the industry to unite in order to succeed."


Retired four-star general of the US Army and former Supreme Allied Commander Europe of NATO, Clark is now co-chairman of US ethanol lobbying group Growth Energy. Speaking to Green Power Conferences recently, he affirmed "Biofuels represent the most immediate access to low-carbon transportation; they exploit new agriculture technologies and open the way for 21st Century biorefining. They are a growing and critically important element of the 21st Century economy."
