Segen Now Stocking Renusol Solar Mounting Systems

Leading UK distributor of PV products to supply innovative Renusol solar mounting systems to the UK market

Aldershot UK, 22 May, 2013: Segen, the UK's leading value added distributor of renewable technologies, has today announced a new partnership with Renusol solar mounting systems, adding Renusol high quality solar mounting equipment to its comprehensive portfolio.

Renusol is a manufacturer of high quality PV mounting systems for the majority of domestic and commercial arrays. Renusol systems are easy to configure and quick to install, making it one of the fastest growing businesses in the European PV mounting market.

Segen is now stocking a number of Renusol products, including the Console and Console+ range. These customised systems provide fast, simple and cost effective mounting ideally suited for flat roofs and increasingly being used as a superior ground mounting solution. Segen is also stocking the MetaSole system, consisting of only four mounting components (no rails), for the rapid and efficient installation of arrays on commercial/industrial trapezoidal roofs.

Additionally, all Renusol pitched roof systems use the same adjustable end and mid clamps, cutting down on the need for installers to stock multiple clamp versions for different PV modules.

Segen is also stocking the InterSole SE, an in-roof system for pitched roofs of 15°-70° inclination. The InterSole system offers aesthetic and harmonious integration and is based on light weather-resistant HDPE (high density polyethylene) plates. These plates are installed in place of the roofing and form the water-draining layer underneath the modules. HDPE is absolutely watertight and has only little effect on the roof load.

To make it even easier for Segen customers to order the right products, Segen has incorporated the Renusol online configurator into its designer tool - producing a breakdown of the mounting components required for a project - enabling them to efficiently order exactly what they will need from Segen.

Andy Pegg, Managing Director at Segen, said: "It is important that Segen caters for every product requirement of UK installers and Renusol's range of high quality mounting systems will help enable it to continue doing so."

Huw Cooper, UK and Ireland Sales Manager at Renusol, said: "I am delighted that Segen has committed to distributing Renusol products. I am sure that Segen, and its customers, will enjoy the benefits of the easy to use, flexible, and versatile Renusol PV mounting solutions. I also look forward to providing Renusol's unrivalled technical assistance. I look forward to a long and lasting business relationship."
