CSP Today launches the International CSP Week this November in Sevilla
This November, the entire CSP industry will gather to discuss the future of the sector. The International CSP Week will take place from the 11th to the 14th November in Seville, Spain. It will host the 7th International Concentrated Solar Thermal Power Summit and the 3rd Enhanced Plant Engineering Conference (EPE) among other CSP related activities.
CSP Today has launched year a new networking platform for the CSP industry: the International CSP Week. Over four days the sector will get together to discuss the next business strategies as well as the latest improvements in technology. There will also be time for visiting operating plants and celebrating the industry achievements at the CSP Today Awards on the 12th November.

With a joint exhibition area, the International CSP Week is host to the 7th International Concentrated Solar Thermal Power Summit (CSP Today Sevilla 2013, 12- 13 November) and the 3rd Enhanced Plant Engineering Conference (CSP Today EPE 2013, 12-13 November). It will be a unique occasion in which engineers and C-Level executives are brought together in a single place.
On the day before and after the conferences, CSP Today is organizing site visits to the Plataforma Solar de Almería (PSA) in Andalucía and the plant Extresol in Extremadura. The visit to PSA will also include the Variable Geometry solar test facility.
Mercedes Galíndez, Project Manager at CSP Today, commented on the event: "The industry is going through a difficult time in Spain; however, there are countless opportunities in the world for CSP, for example in Saudi Arabia and Jordan. The International CSP Week is about identifying and taking advantage of the opportunities in international markets."
Among other attendees, the International CSP Week will be joined by delegations from Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Qatar, UAE and South Africa.
