After installing a solar panel array on the roof of Earthplace last year, Encon Solar recently returned to deliver a donation as a thank you to Earthplace for spreading the word about the benefits of solar energy.

WESTPORT, CT--(Aug 19, 2013) - Encon Solar proudly presented Westport's Earthplace with a donation to recognize the organization's efforts to help promote solar energy. After installing a solar panel array on the roof of Earthplace last year, Encon Solar recently returned to deliver a donation as a thank you to Earthplace for spreading the word about the benefits of solar energy. Based on direct referrals from Earthplace, Encon Solar has completed several solar installations in the area.

Encon Solar installed a 15.3 kilowatt solar-panel array on the roof of Earthplace on September 18, 2012, and the panel now generates solar energy for the facility. Inside the building, visitors can view a collection of screens and informational charts explaining more about this sustainable technology detailing how much energy is being produced by the solar panels.
