Clenergy, the global solar solutions provider, recently announced that it received the certification for the implementation of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS). By certifying its EMS, Clenergy has committed to sustainable development and protecting the environment, remaining as passionate as ever to its mission "to make renewable energy affordable and accessible."

As a leading enterprise in the PV industry, Clenergy operates globally with a headquarters in Xiamen, China, and branch offices in Australia, Japan, America and the United Kingdom. Since its foundation in 2007, Clenergy has continually invested in improving its management systems. The company passed ISO9001 in 2008, an indication that Clenergy's quality management and control met or exceeded international standards. The implementation of ISO14001 standard further lifts Clenergy's management systems and its environmental performance.

ISO14001 outlines the steps for an organization to develop its own EMS, offering ways to systematically reduce its environmental impact. Clenergy conducts its business in compliance with all required environmental laws, regulations and permits. With the implementation of the ISO14001 standard throughout its operations, the company achieves internal benefits such as reduced cost of waste management, savings in consumption of energy and materials, lower distribution costs and the ability to make contributions to the larger community.

"Protecting the environment is an individual and a corporate responsibility," said Clenergy's Vice President Xiaoming Wang. "Everyone in our company is committed to the fact that we are here to make the world a better place," added Mr. Wang. "Our goal is to make continual improvements and to raise our green performance. Just as Clenergy promotes solar solutions and renewable products worldwide, so too do we encourage our partners, customers and suppliers to do the same," he concluded.

RBI Solar - Dahlia Has You Covered

What if you could maximize the Ground Coverage Ratio (GCR) on your next project and not have to worry about the complicated variables that come with a tracker system? With a low tilt and clearance design, Dahlia® has the highest GCR of any fixed-tilt system in the marketplace. The system is available in three tilt options (7.5, 10 and 12.5 degrees) and designed to accommodate any sized PV module. The lightweight system is engineered with fewer components, several of which are shipped to job sites pre-assembled. This design feature reduces freight costs and rapidly trims the amount of on-site installation time required to complete construction. Maximizing PV coverage on a site can lead to an increase of production, which creates greater financial return for project owners. Over 100 MW of Dahlia® projects have been deployed across the United States, in regions of variable snow and wind loads. How much can Dahlia® cover and save you on your next project?
