Cindy West originally joined our team in July 2012 as a co-op student from Cincinnati State's Electro-Mechanical Engineering / Renewable Energy degree program. She recently graduated Cum Laude with an Associate of Applied Science and has since joined our team full time as R&D assistant under James Cormican.

"I chose the Solar Industry as my career path because I wanted all the time I spend at work to be meaningful and beneficial to humanity. When it was time for my co-op, I discovered that RBI Solar was responsible for large scale solar racking installations and I really wanted to be a part of that. I was so thrilled that they were willing to give me the opportunity to get started in the industry while I completed my education. Immediately I was impressed with the level of team-work and cooperation amongst all of the employees and everyone made me feel right at home.
