(February 25 2014, Toronto, CANADA) The All-Energy Canada organizers are delighted to announce that Dr. Woodrow (Woody) W. Clark II will make a strategic Canadian appearance as the Keynote speaker on April 9th, 2014.

All-Energy Canada is modeled after the UK's largest annual renewable energy and energy efficiency event held in Aberdeen, Scotland for over a decade. All-Energy Canada will be held April 9th and 10th, 2014 at the Allstream Centre and Direct Energy Centre in Toronto, Ontario.

A noted lecturer and senior advisor to governments worldwide, Dr. Woodrow Clark was one of the contributing scientists to the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (UNIPCC), which as an organization was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in December 2007 along with Al Gore and his film An Inconvenient Truth. He was the Manager of Technology Commercialization at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in the 1990s. In 1999, he became a Visiting Professor at Aalborg University in Denmark where he was a Fulbright Fellow in the early 1990s when he was asked in late 2000 by California Governor Gray Davis to be his Special Advisor on Renewable Energy, Emerging Technologies and Finance due to the energy crisis.

Dr. Clark is the author of eight books and more than 50 peer-reviewed articles focused on the economics and politics of global sustainable communities. His latest book, Global Sustainable Communities Handbook will be released by Elsevier Press just prior to his All-Energy Canada appearance. Later in 2014, The Green Industrial Revolution (co-authored with Grant Cooke) will be published by Elsevier Press in both English and Mandarin.

His message is both practical and visionary. He will outline to attendees, paths forward suitable for businesses and investors, citizens and governments of all levels."

In addition to Dr. Clarke's appearance, the two day All-Energy Canada agenda features leading renewable energy sector speakers from around the world. There is also a free-to-attend trade show with many Canadian and overseas exhibitors in the Green Energy and Green Technology industry. Collaborating with Reed Exhibition are Ontario Sustainable Energy Association (OSEA) and Canadian Solar Industry Association (CanSIA).

SolarEdge Technologies - EV Charging Single Phase Inverter

The SolarEdge PV inverter combines sophisticated digital control technology with efficient power SolarEdge's EV charging single phase inverter offers homeowners the ability to charge electric vehicles up to six times faster than a standard Level 1 charger through an innovative solar boost mode that utilizes grid and PV charging simultaneously. This product is the world's first EV charger with an integrated PV inverter. Reducing the hassle of installing separately a standalone EV charger and a PV inverter, the EV charging inverter eliminates the need for additional wiring, conduit and a breaker installation. By installing an EV charger that is integrated with an inverter, no additional dedicated circuit breaker is needed, saving space and ruling out a potential upgrade to the main distribution panel.
