SunSpec Relaunching 2014 Solar Securitization & Grid Control Symposium in Webinar Format

Speakers will explore how asset-backed securitization may give the solar industry access to a much broader pool of investor.

SCOTTS VALLEY, CA, APRIL 17, 2014 -- The SunSpec Alliance, a trade group of distributed energy industry participants, announced today that its 2014 Solar Securitization & Grid Control Symposium, originally scheduled for April 22, is being relaunched in webinar format to increase speaker-and-audience interaction and to broaden the reach of the group's message.

The Solar Securitization & Grid Control webinars will address how the overall value equation is impacted by securitizing and grid control of distributed energy. Speakers will explore how asset-backed securitization may give the solar industry access to a much broader pool of investors, ultimately helping to cut the long-term cost of capital, reduce energy costs, and enhance liquidity in the solar project market.

Additional symposium details will be released as they become available.

Vecoplan - Planning and implementation of complete processing plants in refuse derived fuel production

In order to reduce the costs involved in the energy-intensive production of cement, many manufacturers are turning to refuse-derived fuels (RDF), considerably reducing the proportion of expensive primary fuels they would normally use. Solid fuels are being increasingly used - these might be used tyres, waste wood or mixtures of plastics, paper, composite materials and textiles. Vecoplan provides operators of cement plants with proven and robust components for conveying the material and separating iron and impurities, efficient receiving stations, storage systems and, of course, efficient shredders for an output in various qualities.
