AS WIND AND SOLAR TAX CREDITS HANG IN BALANCE IN CONGRESS, JUMP IN 3RD QUARTER CLEAN ENERGY JOBS THREATENED

Top 10 States in Spotlight (Including Tie): CA, CO, CT, IL, LA, MD, MI, NC, NV, NY and TX; With Major Uncertainty Looming Ahead for Renewables Support, Q3 Beat Q2 Jobs Total – and the Third Quarter in 2013.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – With Election Day behind us, one of Congress' top orders of business will be deciding on the extension of wind and solar tax

incentives. The best argument for doing so? The thousands of third
quarter 2014 clean energy and transportation jobs seen in the report due to be issued Thursday (November 6, 2014) by Environmental Entrepreneurs (E2).

Environmental Entrepreneurs (E2) will reveal its closely watched quarterly, state-by-state, clean energy and clean transportation jobs report, alongside a new webpage in advance of Veterans Day, devoted to renewable projects at military installations across the country, on Thursday (November 6, 2014) at
1 p.m. EST.

In alphabetical order, the top 10 states for clean energy and clean transportation job announcements to be ranked for Q3 2014 are: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, Nevada, New York and Texas. (This list accounts for a tie. The actual ranking will be disclosed on Thursday.)

The latest report and the new military webpage for Veterans Day will be featured on the http://www.CleanEnergyWorksforUS.org Web site, which provides searchable details on growth in the renewable energy, energy efficiency and smart transportation sectors nationwide.
