Tell us about your company.

Discover Battery is a Canadian company headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We are a company of passionate people that understand that our customers come first and strive every day to ensure we exceed the high standards that we have set. We are constantly searching and developing solutions for applications where performance and productivity matters. We do this because the right tools make all the difference to people who rely on our batteries to make their living.

Your company will be exhibiting at SPI 2018, what is it that makes this an important event for your company?

It's a great opportunity to meet face to face with customers, vendors, and key influencers in the energy storage space.

Highlight 2 or 3 products you will be showcasing at the event?

We are extremely excited to be releasing our new product we affectionately call LYNK™ - a communication & monitoring device for energy storage systems.

We will be also displaying the 14/44 and 12/42 series from our popular Advanced Energy System (AES) LiFePO4 battery line, offering the lowest cost of energy storage per kWhr. Deeper cycling, lightning fast recharge, >95% round-trip efficiency, 1C continuous charge/discharge, and zero maintenance!

LYNK™ allows Discover Advanced Energy System (AES) batteries to close the loop with external components that are not natively supported by AES Lithium batteries. It’s the ideal way to keep an uninterrupted eye on your energy storage systems.

When you get a chance to walk the exhibit hall floor yourself, what is it you will be most interested to see? Any educational sessions you plan on attending?

I'm interested in seeing how systems with various components (different companies) are coming together and how these individual components interact.

When you book a booth for a tradeshow like this what are your expectations and what does your company hope to accomplish at the event?

Our expectations are to demonstrate that we are a thought leader in our space, and we look forward to meeting other thought leaders who we can work with in collaboration.
