Rood brings a broad résumé to his new position that includes over 10 years with GE Aerospace. His most recent position was as a successful consultant, assisting firms realize a competitive advantage from operations. Past roles include COO with Trade Shops, Inc, President and COO with Woods Hole Instrument Systems, Ltd and Vice President, Manufacturing for Electronic Devices. Rood holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan.
