Denver, CO - November, 2008 - New Charge Controllers Have more Capacity Rogue Engineering announced they will be expanding the Rhino Line of Charge Controllers with two more models: The Rhino-10 and The Rhino-20. The existing products, called the Rhino-5, are 5amp charge controllers which can boast the smallest self-consumption rate in the industry. The latest additions, offer the same quality and performance Rogue Engineering customers have come to expect, but offer more advanced features then its lower capacity brethren.

The Rhino-10, 10 amp version, features Rogue's "3 stage charging" capability for use with sensitive equipment for either on- or off-grid applications. Customers have their choice of 12V, 24V, SLA or Flooded models. Each Rhino-10 offers: LVD warning, LVD reset, auto adjusting output voltage, urethane encapsulation and pluggable connectors.

The Rhino-20, 20 amp version, is offered in 12V, 24V, SLA or Flooded models. The Rhino-20 has the following unique features to set a new standard for 20 amp charge controllers: An external temperature sensor, mountable directly to your battery for increased accuracy, heavy-duty spring loaded cage clamp terminals, automotive style fuses, output voltage automatically adjusts to compensate for battery temperature, LVD warning, LVD reset and "3 stage charging".
