SPI Announces Relocation of Operating Headquarters to China
Company to deploy online platform to support local investment in China PV projects
SHANGHAI, Jan. 15, 2015 -- Solar Power, Inc. ("SPI") (OTCBB: SOPW), a vertically-integrated photovoltaic ("PV") developer, today announced that its operating headquarters has been relocated to Shanghai, China effective from January 14, 2015.
Today's announcement comes as SPI has rapidly grown from a U.S. focused company to a truly international player in the global PV industry, with a significant portfolio of solar projects in the U.S., UK/Europe and Japan markets, as well as the high-growth China market.
