The Siming Primary School event was conducted under the theme of Protecting Our Blue Sky for a Healthy Community as to focus on one of the most pressing and concerned environmental issue in China -- smog.
Teachers and students participated in discussions on energy savings, environmental protection and conducted interactive games promoting relating to those two topics. The program raised awareness about the importance of environmental protection and encouraged students and their families to practice a low-carbon life.
Clenergy also called on its staff to turn off all lights for one hour from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m. on March 28 as a symbol of their commitment to environmental protection.
