What is a Stacked Perovskite/CIGS Solar Module?

As this result shows that the combination of two PV technologies can outperform the power generation of single junctions the significance of this result shouldnt be underestimated as it breaks the current limitations of solar technology and shows that higher performing modules can be expected to become part of the energy system ... PVinsights: Solar panel prices stabilize amid the rising upstream prices

After a long streak of losses, solar panel prices eventually stabilize this week. Major module manufacturers have been squeezed by the rapidly increasing prices of cells and wafers so as to leave the solar panel prices unchanged, although they are actually planning to adjust their prices upwards, particularly in the regions where solar panel prices were mostly suppressed, such as China and India. Although the demand improves globally, it is still fragile. As a result of a mild demand recovery, major module makers hesitate to raise the prices immediately, leading the solar panel prices to stabilize this week.

Full Spectrum Stresses Importance of Private Wireless Data Networks for Cybersecurity

The grid is undergoing a revolution due to the introduction of new energy resources like solar & wind. In order to gain control of these resources and maintain supply & demand of electricity, utilities need to radically increase the number of grid control points while minimizing security vulnerabilities presented by automation & interconnectivity.

Introducing RockIt Smart Slide

Introducing RockIt Smart Slide

Introducing RockIt Smart Slide - the ultimate solution for fast and easy installation of the rail-less RockIt racking system on composition shingle roofs. Smart Slide conforms to UL 441 and TAS 100 (A)-95 for wind and wind-driven rain, providing a super-strong watertight seal that is achieved through compression, in most cases without the need for additional sealant. The waterproofing sealant is embedded deep into the granules of the shingle, thanks to the integrated flexible foam layer that provides cushioning. This ensures a secure fit that conforms to any architectural-style shingle. With UltraGrip Technology™, you can rely on a secure installation, as it absorbs the movement created by thermal expansion and contraction. The pre-installed sealing pads are compatible with all composition shingle roofs, making it the ideal choice, even in ambient temperatures as low as 5 degrees.
